LeMoyne Realty specializes in Idaho farm and ranch real estate. The LeMoyne firm has been in the real estate business in Idaho since 1953 and our reputation in the Idaho farm and ranch real estate market is very well known. We are knowledgeable about farm and ranch operations and also well informed about water issues throughout Idaho. The experience we have translates into effective representation to buyers and sellers.
A short history of our firm.
LeMoyne Realty was founded by Harry LeMoyne in 1953 in Hagerman, Idaho. Harry developed a reputation for selling livestock ranches in southern Idaho. Harry was the second Accredited Farm & Land Broker designated in Idaho. In 1963 Harry moved to Twin Falls where he established the office.
In 1972 Henri received a real estate license and joined the firm in 1973 after graduating from the University of Idaho. In 1990 Henri purchased the firm from Harry. Henri has continued to focus his efforts on farm and ranch real estate in cooperation with Bob Bennett who lives and works primarily in the Elmore and Owyhee County areas. Bob was born and raised on a ranch near Mountain Home and ran a ranch that began in the 1880’s by his ancestors. Bob obtained a real estate license in 1999 and has used his strong agricultural background and excellent reputation to excel in the sales of farms and ranches.
